The first step in making your dream home a reality is figuring out a budget that suits your needs. We partner with top mortgage experts to help you determine a comfortable budget, using our historical pricing data. Did you know you can start building with as little as 0% down and keep your current home while your new one is being built?
This is where our engineering expertise really shines! We work closely with you to find the perfect lot and assess any additional site work costs, such as retaining walls, soil conditions, and drainage. We even use drone technology to overlay aerial images onto a site plan, giving you a clear picture of what's involved.
Now comes the fun part—designing your dream home! We connect you with a top-notch Architect and Interior Designer to help bring your vision to life. Picking the right design team is key to ensuring you get the style you want while staying within your budget. Here's how the process works:
Schematic Design: We start with a rough floor plan and elevation, providing an estimated cost within 3% based on our historical data. We make sure your ideas are communicated clearly to the design team, so everyone is on the same page.
Design Development: The design starts to take shape with more detailed drawings. Your Interior Designer will typically provide a PDF presentation with photorealistic renderings of most rooms. We work together to finalize any details and incorporate your feedback into the Construction Drawings.
Construction Drawings: These final plans are what we'll use to build your dream home. We coordinate with our subcontractors and engineers to ensure everything goes smoothly and there are no surprises. At this point, we'll also give you the final price of your home.
